Hugh Wildman, Senior Partner, Attorney-at-Law

Hugh Wildman, is a distinguished attorney with more than three decades of legal experience across Jamaica, the Caribbean, and international jurisdictions. His practice spans criminal law, administrative and constitutional law, commercial and contract matters, personal injury, and complex public-law litigation.

He currently leads Hugh Wildman & Company where he represents clients before the Parish Courts, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, Court of Appeal, and the Privy Council. Known for his strategic advocacy and deep command of the law, he has handled several landmark cases that have shaped Jamaican and Caribbean jurisprudence, including the successful challenge that ended the Jamaica Public Service’s monopoly license and significant rulings on constitutional rights, corruption issues, mixed statements, and attempts to pervert the course of justice.

Mr. Wildman’s career includes senior legal leadership roles across the region. He has served as Director of Public Prosecutions (Grenada), Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions (Jamaica), Special Prosecutor, first Director of the Financial Intelligence Unit (Grenada), and Legal Advisor to the Cabinet of the Government of Grenada. In these capacities he supervised major criminal investigations, led complex prosecutions, guided national policy on financial crimes, collaborated with agencies such as the DEA and Serious Fraud Office (UK), and represented Caribbean governments in high-profile civil, criminal, and arbitration matters.

He has also held several board advisory posts, including the Grenada Development Bank, Grenada Authority for the Regulation of Financial Institutions, and the Royal Grenada Police Force, where he played a central role in strengthening investigative and prosecutorial systems.

An accomplished academic, Mr. Wildman has lectured in Criminal Law, Contract Law, Constitutional Law, and Business Law at the University of Technology and the University of the West Indies. He has authored publications on criminal evidence and remains widely respected for his legal scholarship and clarity of reasoning.

With a career marked by precedent-setting cases, public service, and regional influence, Hugh Chester Wildman brings exceptional experience, intellectual rigor, and unwavering commitment to justice to every client he represents.


Rasher Wildman, Senior Partner, Attorney-at-Law

Rasher Wildman, who is also a senior partner at the firm, graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Laws 

(Honours) degree and subsequently completed her studies at the Norman Manley Law School. She also holds a Master of Laws specialising in Maritime Law from Queen Mary University in London.

Her areas of practice include, but are not limited to, Maritime Law, Contract Law, Family Law, Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, Property Law/Conveyancing, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and notably, Estate Law. She worked with China Harbour Engineering Company Limited before becoming a Company Secretary and Director of Aqua BluGames, on a USD$353 million Jamaica Development Infrastructure Programme. She currently manages several high-profile clients. 

Before being called to the Bar, she interned at the Court of Appeal of Jamaica, where she was assigned to the President of the Court of Appeal and worked on several high-profile cases.

Mrs. Wildman also holds a Certificate in Terrorism Theory and Practice from the University of Leiden in The Netherlands. She possesses a certificate in Fundamentals of Project Management from The Management Institute for National Development and is also a Realtor Associate with Keller Williams Jamaica.

She is also the Chief Executive Officer of LaBella Moodz, a cosmetic company,  and a budding home stager and interior designer.

She is currently a member of the Bar Association in Jamaica, and in her free time, she speaks Hindi and writes poetry. She has also performed in Hindi for the Indian High Commissioner on one of their national holidays.

Shemar Bryan, Junior Partner, Attorney-at-Law

Shemar Bryan, joined the firm’s Litigation Department as an Associate after being called to the Jamaican Bar in 2024. His practice spans a wide range of legal areas, including general civil litigation, criminal litigation, commercial litigation, property disputes, constitutional law matters, estate litigation, and family law.

A proud alumnus of St. George’s College, Shemar’s passion for advocacy and leadership was nurtured from early on. Guided by the school’s motto, Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam—“For the Greater Glory of God”—he remains committed to pursuing justice, equality, and fairness for those he serves, seeking wisdom and virtue in his professional journey.

Shemar went on to earn his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of the West Indies (UWI). During his time at UWI’s Faculty of Law, he distinguished himself through active student involvement, being elected Mr. Law 2021 and serving as the Maintenance Chairperson for the 2022 Mr. and Ms. Law Pageant.

He later obtained his Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Norman Manley Law School (NMLS), where his leadership abilities continued to shine. He was elected President of the Norman Manley Law School Students’ Association (NMLSSA), advocating for his peers and contributing to student development.

Beyond academic and professional achievements, Shemar remains deeply engaged in leadership and volunteerism, particularly in the area of human rights. He is a dedicated advocate, committed to advancing justice, equality, and protection for all.
